A new custom home and a detached accessory building on one lot. Both use the same assemblies and details, so they are reviewed as one envelope. Assemblies: mineral wool insulation inside and out, a self-adhered exterior air barrier, an interior smart vapor membrane, ventilated rainscreens, and no combustion appliances. The drawings commit each building to less than 2.0 ACH50.
