A completed new home with a basement, built to Passive House standards. It uses two energy recovery ventilators and6 in. of foam insulation under the upper basement slab. Point 6's role was the airtightness test, not the design. The energy and mechanical design was by eMod Studio. Point 6's February 2026 retest measured 0.54 ACH50 (average of depressurization and pressurization), or 619 CFM50. The limit for PHI Classic is 0.6 ACH50.
